- We have already discussed that the place chosen by Apple for the official presentation of the new iPhone 6 is the Flint Center in California.
- This place was where Steve Jobs introduced the first Mac in 1984 and in 1999 released the iMac , which was the last event held by the company in that place.
The choice of location to present the iPhone 6 is a very important fact
Now we have discussed that Apple is preparing an event for September 9, where it is expected that the company will reveal the new iPhone 6(cute phone cases) and perhaps the iWatch, which will be held in the same place where Steve Jobs unveiled the first Mac in 1984.
Apple meticulously manages every detail when it comes to the presentation of products, including what to do with the choice of location. So selecting the Flint Center in Cupertino, California, has been finally chosen for the event on September 9th and it sure is not a random place.
In this case, the place has a historical component as well. The Flint Center is a place where Apple might want to launch a new device again revolutionize the market (or two). It could also mean that Apple intends to do a show in style and have a much larger audience. Usually, the company launched its products at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco, which has capacity for 757 attendees. The Flint Center's capacity of 2,405 attendees.
The invitation, which has a somewhat derisive phrase "We wish we could say more," revealed that the event will take place at Apple's home town within walking distance of their headquarters. The place is located in the De Anza College campus, a community college founded in 1967 in the grounds of a winery. The place also played a big role in the introduction of a new iMac in 1999, the last time Apple did launch a product in the Flint Center.
Apple might have a surprise in store for its users
Some also expect to see the new iPhone 6 in two different models, 4.7 and 5.5 inches(samsung galaxy s3 cases), Apple could also introduce the iWatch expected. While Apple has never confirmed the existence of iWatch, CEO Tim Cook said earlier that the company would enter into a new category this year.
Earlier this year, held an event to celebrate the 30th anniversary commemorating the launch Mac computer with an event attended by the creators, engineers, media and investors at the Flint Center.
Currently we can not ensure that Apple chose the Flint Center. Maybe it was to commemorate the anniversary of the Macintosh or thinking really present any device that will return to revolutionize the market. As noted from Mashable, all we can say is that on 9 September, all will leave doubts and we know you have prepared surprises from Apple.
